My mother and I spent some time walking around trying to debate which one to visit and when we saw how busy and popular this one was we decided to check it out. There were people of all ages and all different ethnicity and it really showed how diverse Montreal is.
MENU

The restaurant had a huge selection of different kinds of meals to try. For example, there was a Dim Sum section that consisted of different sorts of fried dumpling and fried buns, like the pan-fried pork buns we ordered. They also had soups and different kinds of appetizers. As for main meals, they had noodle soups and fried noodles ( like pad Thai and etc) and among the rest of the categories was a curry section with all different types. Finally, there were desserts and drinks.
PAN FRIED PORK BUNS

These pan-fried pork buns or something I had never tried before. The bun was very chewy and thick. I liked the difference in texture from the outside of the bun that was slightly golden brown and harder as the inside got more soft.I enjoyed this because it made everything very juicy and added to the well-seasoned meat.
YELLOW CURRY CHICKEN

I believe one of the main aspects of Chinese cuisine is the way they cook and prepare or truth or cuts of meat specifically chicken. Unlike Indian or Caribbean food or they choose super tender and thick cuts of meat while this cuisine uses thinner boiled like typed chicken. It was sweet at first and then got quite spicy sauce was very liquid and went well with the rice that came along with it as the race was meant to soak up that sauce and all the veggies that were in it added a variety of textures and flavors.
STIR FRY BEEF WITH FLAT RICE NOODLES

Beef fried noodles Stirfry is something I haven't had in a while and I was really craving it so I decided to have it again. The side flat noodles very thick and soft slightly chilly and overall very easy to eat and is the counteract to that The beans added a lot more of a crunch and a fresh list to the entire – rather than just to separate from the noodles and meat. There are many different textures from the beans to the noodles to the meat eggs which I really appreciate it. Overall it was very savory and the meat was super tender. I enjoyed it very much.
OVERALL
Overall, this Chinese restaurant was the perfect place! Great atmosphere and amazing food is a perfect combination. I would highly recommend Restaurant Ethan to everyone!
